Dina’s early appreciation of the theatre brought her to Penn State University where she received a BA in Theatre Arts in 1990. While working professionally as a stage manager she was offered the opportunity to venture into an exciting new business. Immediately she saw the synergies between stage management and business management and was eager for the challenges ahead.

Today, as Chief Operating Officer at APS, Dina manages the day-to-day vital business operations which includes the accountability of nearly $2.5 million in billing and collection receipts each month. In addition, Dina encourages her team to reach their highest potential while constantly striving to exceed our customer expectations.

When she’s away from the office you can find her biking, playing tennis or exploring her creative side. Her two pooches Charlie and Lucy are never far from her heart or side.
