BACKGROUND

Automated Payment Services, Inc. was officially founded in 1993 by Brian Engel, Dina Engel and Jeff Cohen. Since its inception, APS has grown into a membership management and billing leader enjoying tremendous growth in the martial arts, fitness and weight loss community and amassing well over 1000 facilities nationwide.
