JOANN WHITMAN, Sales Joann began with APS in our customer service department. After a short while, she was promoted to a Team Leader position with oversight responsibility for a team of four. Eventually Joann began a transition to the APS sales team. Her tenacity and knowledge of APS policies and procedures has served her well in that role. Joann feels privileged to serve the Martial Arts community and currently trains in Jiu-jitsu.
