SARA MICHAELS, Director of Operations After attending Florida State Univ, Sara began her business career at the Sands Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City New Jersey where she gained experince in the promotions and marketing dept. From here Sara began her career at APS as a customer serv rep in July of 97. She excelled at this postition where and was quickly promoted to Customer Service Manager. Sara was rewarded after years of dedicated service with a promotion to Director of Operations. Her responsibilities include the oversight and management of both the customer service and administrative depts, personnel acquisition, motivation and goal setting.
