100% Payout Monthly	Top
APS is proud to pay you 100% of all payments collected on behalf of your members each month (less fees). This is contrary to many companies which actually hold large amounts of your money for 30 days or more! You worked hard for your money which is why APS has absolutely no hold on any month-end funds.
Each month on the 27th (billing cycles run from the 28th to the 27th monthly) APS reconciles all payments collected on your behalf. This closing process ensures timely month-end accounting and takes into account all payments, fees, advances, charges and credits. Within 1-2 business days your month-end funding is prepared and final billing activity posted securely online at www.apsbilling.com. Depending on your selection, a check is cut and mailed or a direct deposit into your bank account scheduled and effective a few days later on the 3rd.*

In addition to your month-end funding, APS offers an unparalleled number of special and scheduled funding opportunities throughout the month. One standard month-end remittance and one optional advance are provided to all APS clients FREE of charge. Each advance payment represents 80% of funds collected by that advance's closing date. A check is mailed or a direct bank deposit scheduled and effective on the advance date chosen.* The following advance dates are available at $10 per advance with your first one FREE of charge.

Need additional money for an unexpected emergency, marketing campaign or facility improvement? Many clients enjoy assistance from APS without the hassle of credit applications, additional collateral or excessive paperwork to complete. For clients with a minimum average billing volume at least 1 year in business with APS, a credit line may be just the ticket. Some limitations, restrictions and fees may apply so call your APS representative for details.
*Direct bank deposits are available on the date scheduled or next available banking day. Checks are mailed first class via the USPS unless priority or overnight delivery is requested for an additional fee.
