contracts to send to APS and will even receive balance and payment
updates on those very contracts right in MartialSoft from APS!

When APS receives your contract, it goes through a 3 STEP verification
process which helps to avoid costly entry errors. These are the steps:
- PREVIEW - Each new agreement is first reviewed by a verification
specialist for completeness. Client Number, Last Name, Payment Terms
and Auto-Renewal areas are checked and highlighted.
- ENTRY - A contract specialist then enters the contract.
The APS system performs advanced duplicate checking, verifies math
and ensures correct due dates are chosen for the method of billing chosen.
- VERIFICATION - After entry, a verification specialist compares
